Is washing your face with shower gel bad?

Yes, It’s harsher then facial soap. Your face needs a milder cleanser because the skin on your face is more sensitive.

I don’t think you should use that anymore.
Your face is sensitive and the skin is more delicate than any other part of your body, that’s why shower gel is designed for your body and not your face. You should start using face wash or plain water.
